Michele Mendez

Michele Mendez is a Celebrity Writer at Elite Daily, where she covers the biggest news happening in the entertainment and music world, including the latest celebrity feuds, album announcements, and anything that may be trending online. She also writes about all things K-pop, from BTS' historic achievements on the Billboard charts and BLACKPINK's highly-anticipated comebacks to TXT's mind-blowing music videos. She's interviewed many of her favorite K-pop stars like SEVENTEEN, TWICE, and Red Velvet, as well as other celebrities like Prince Royce, Hailee Steinfeld, and Jordan Fisher.

Outside of Elite Daily, Michele is a contributor at POPSUGAR and an editor at CelebMix, where she helps oversee a team of writers from around the world. She's attended several red carpet events on behalf of CelebMix, including the 2018 and 2019 Jingle Ball tours to interview acts like MONSTA X, G-Eazy, and Why Don't We. Michele’s bylines have also appeared in Study Breaks Magazine, TheTab.com, and HerCampus.com. In May 2019, she earned her bachelor's degree in Media Studies and Production with a concentration in Emergent Media from Temple University. Michele's love for boybands like One Direction and BTS inspired her to pursue a career in media.
